Experienced Co-Op, Airport Customer Service and Cargo Project Management (Summer 2026)

As part of our Customer Experience business unit, the Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) teams play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient airport experience. We're seeking highly motivated undergraduate students to join our Co-Op Program, where you'll gain hands-on experience in airport operations, project management, and process improvement.

Overview

As a Co-Op, you'll collaborate with a team of airport operations professionals to drive innovation and excellence in our airport operations. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop your skills in project management, and contribute to the success of arenaflex's global operations. Our Co-Op Program is a three-semester alternating program, where you'll rotate through different teams and gain a comprehensive understanding of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Co-Op, you will collaborate with a team of airport operations professionals to:

  • Analyze and measure operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply project management principles to support and lead initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across business units in a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Provide process engineering and internal consulting services to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis for projects impacting multiple departments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.

Program Structure

This is a three-semester alternating Co-Op program. Students must complete all rotations before graduation:

  • Summer 2026
  • Spring 2027
  • Fall 2027

Note: Students must not take academic classes during Co-Op semesters. Please confirm with your university and academic advisor that this schedule aligns with your curriculum.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Be enrolled in a 4-year degree program and available for three alternating semesters.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to present professionally to all levels of leadership.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Commit to diversity, safety, and security in the workplace.
