Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and collecting verified contact information of doctors and medical clinics across the United States. This includes entering data such as doctor's full name, clinic name, email address, phone number, website, physical address, and LinkedIn or social media profiles (if available).
Key Responsibilities
* Research and collect verified contact information of doctors and medical clinics across the United States
- Enter data into a shared Google Sheet, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar for healthcare lead generation
- Verify email addresses and phone numbers to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in data entry tasks
- Collaborate with our team to ensure data quality and consistency
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data entry, or a related field
- Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar for healthcare lead generation
- Strong research skills and ability to find accurate contact information
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
