Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers from various industries
  • Creatively problem-solve and quickly assess customer needs to provide sound solutions
  • Provide a high-level of customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Document details of all calls and customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously to deliver seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations
  • Basic typing skills and computer literacy, including the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Strong customer service and written skills, with the ability to document customer interactions accurately and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens, including CRM software and customer service platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with pay structures varying depending on the program and client. You may also be eligible for performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • View our background and credit check requirements here
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be discussed with you during the onboarding process.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, with the ability to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks. You'll also have access to a range of clients and programs, with varying call availability and schedules.
