Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service to clients across various industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. You will be responsible for your own expenses and will control your own profit and loss.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to complete the following steps:

- Pass a background and credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
