Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong typing skills and computer literacy
  • Basic knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple clients and programs.
