Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual French Customer Support Specialist to provide over-the-phone technical support for our mobile applications. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with setup and usage of our mobile applications, educating users on mobile app functionality, and documenting all customer interactions in our case ticketing system. Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with setup and usage of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Educate users on mobile app functionality, including features and benefits
• Document all customer interactions in our case ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed records
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members, ensuring timely resolution
• Offer suggestions for support process improvements, enhancing our customer support experience
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken
• Customer-friendly attitude with excellent service skills, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to follow instructions, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Office applications and cloud-based services
• Solid knowledge of Apple iOS and Android platforms, including operating systems and device management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
• Ability to work independently, researching solutions and making informed decisions
