What You'll Do:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Cashier at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing a Fast, Friendly, Clean experience each time they visit our store. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Treat every guest like they're the most important person in the store, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Greet all guests with a smile and a genuine thank you when they leave, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Take pride in the store's appearance by following our arenaflex Ready standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Promote our great deals and specials to each guest, highlighting the value and benefits of shopping with us.
• Live the Because We Care motto by always selling age-restricted items responsibly, upholding our commitment to responsible retail practices.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked and help guests find what they need, providing a seamless shopping experience.
• Multitask and balance duties while always making guests the number one priority, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to engage guests with friendly conversation and communicate clearly with guests and co-workers. You'll also need:

• A desire to work as part of a team to deliver on our service promise of Fast, Friendly, Clean.
• The ability to count products and make change, as well as read and write English clearly.
• The ability to access all areas of the store and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple duties while prioritizing guest needs.
