Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and professional customer service, handling client and management requests, and contributing to site procedure documentation. Adaptability is key in this role, as site responsibilities and locations may change based on client and/or division needs.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Promptly inform your supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns
  • Review and respond to management and client requests via various communication methods, including emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded
  • Perform mail/courier services, office services, and shipping/receiving tasks as needed
  • Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed
  • Adapt to changing site responsibilities and locations based on client and/or division needs

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Entry-level experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and support

  • Knowledge of mail distribution, customer service, and office support procedures
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
