As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling all eBay chat messages from customers, providing exceptional support, and driving sales growth.

Job Summary
As an eBay Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers on our eBay auto parts business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer questions on eBay chat in German and English, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Looking up auto parts based on customer requests, using your knowledge of auto parts and our eCommerce system to find the correct parts.
- Utilizing ChatGPT to explain client messages and extract part information, code, and other relevant details.
- Searching for parts in the TecDoc catalog and using the correct code to find the part in our eCommerce system.
- Sending offers and selling parts directly to customers in eBay chat, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Work Hours and Availability
As a flexible and adaptable team member, you'll be required to be available during German working hours (08:00–17:00 CET). However, if you're willing to work extended hours or be available 24/7, you can earn more and take advantage of additional opportunities. Payment Structure
This is a performance-based pay opportunity, and we're open to discussing various payment structures, including pay per sale, per hour, or monthly. We're committed to ensuring that our team members are fairly compensated for their efforts and are motivated to drive sales growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent German language skills to chat with customers and provide accurate responses.
- Good English language skills to chat with customers and communicate with our team.
- (Bonus) Experience in auto parts or eBay customer support, although not required, is highly desirable.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, including ChatGPT, TecDoc, and our eCommerce system.
