Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Marketplace Chat Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support to Amazon sellers through live chat, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries related to account management, listings, orders, returns, and shipping, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product listings, payments, and customer feedback, utilizing your problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of seller communications, adhering to arenaflex's guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while meeting performance and quality targets, consistently exceeding expectations and driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling, enabling you to effectively articulate complex issues and resolutions.
  • Proficiency in using computers, web browsers, and online communication tools, including Amazon Seller Central and other relevant platforms.
