At Tutor Doctor, we work with students of all ages one-to-one, mostly in the comfort of their own homes. Our tutors have the flexibility to choose their own hours, locations, as well as the number of students and families they work with. Tutor Doctor is a locally owned home-based tutoring company. No formal experience? We have teachers on staff and many resources to support you.
We need tutors for various subjects and students in-home all across the East valley and we have a need for tutors with skills ranging in:
- AP and College Level Math
- SAT and ACT preparation
- Choosing your own hours with this flexible part-time job
- Keeping your subject skills sharp
- Building a great resume and professional reference that will be attractive for future positions in multiple fields
- Making a lasting difference to students and families in our community
- This is a part-time, contract opportunity
- Some College
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience in tutoring or teaching
- Great Communication Skills
- The ability to show your SAT, ACT, or AP scores OR a Certification in a Test Prep program
- Ability to pass Level 1 Federal and County Background Check
- Ability to work in the US, no employer sponsorships permitted
- Based on experience and need of student: $25-$35/hr
