Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Manager/Customer Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing customer communications, scheduling jobs, and assisting with billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You'll also assist with vendor management and play a critical role in screening and interviewing potential employees.

Responsibilities

As an Office Manager/Customer Liaison, your success will be measured by the following measurable results:

  • Manage customer communications (phone calls, emails, and text messages) and schedule jobs efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist with vendor management, building strong relationships with our suppliers and partners.
  • Assist in screening and interviewing potential employees, helping to build a talented and dedicated team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A stable home Wi-Fi connection and a work location with good cell phone service.
  • A positive, diplomatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Live full-time within 30 miles of Westchester County, NY (occasional in-person attendance required).

Bonus Potential

This position has the potential to earn an annual bonus by arenaflex when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year or when certain pre-determined benchmarks are achieved.
