Job Summary

As a Customer Advisor in our Inbound Sales Tech Industry team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled. You will be responsible for taking incoming user requests, logging call details into case management systems, and providing response and resolution within SLA to customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...) and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers.

  • Log call details into case management systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on status and resolution progress reports.
  • Deliver high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
  • Support inbound sales efforts and drive revenue growth while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Log and follow up on orders or requests.
  • Capture all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of French (oral and written) and proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • The ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way.
  • Strong customer service-oriented skills.
