Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
