Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant for Social Media, Customer Service, and Admin Tasks, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as data entry, email management, and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with content creation, including writing and scheduling social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, sales data, and social media metrics
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a virtual assistant or customer service role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry

  • Knowledge of K-Beauty trends and products
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or virtual assistance
