Responsibilities

As a Marketing Consultant III at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Pursuing self-development and effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise to coworkers and customers.
  • Completing work assignments by applying up-to-date expertise in subject areas to generate creative solutions.
  • Conducting market data collection and synthesis under guidance from more senior colleagues.
  • Implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives by developing strategic plan deliverables.
  • Implementing strategic go-to-market plans by assessing and validating channel partner needs and performance.
  • Assisting with the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies and programs.
  • Assisting the creative team by gathering data, research, stakeholder input, and sign-off.
  • Assisting in marketing project management by developing and updating project plans.

Key Responsibilities Breakdown:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing project plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to coworkers and customers on marketing-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

* One (1) year of experience in a heavily regulated industry, such as healthcare or banking.

  • One (1) year of experience in writing or editing for marketing, communications, or business initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
