Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently
- Entering application data accurately and efficiently
- Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
- Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
- Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A minimum of 18 years of age, with a valid background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- A personal device with a functioning camera, required for the Training Period
- A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection, with cable/fiber broadband internet access
- A hard-wired ethernet connection, with a dedicated internet service provider (not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellite)
Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
