Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
