Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, building positive relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to travel, baggage, and other services, providing solutions and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
