Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers. Your duties will include:

  • Promoting and Selling Air Travel: You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel to customers, including flights, packages, and other travel-related services.
  • Providing Customer Support: You'll provide support to customers who have questions or concerns about their travel plans, including assistance with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related issues.
  • Interpreting Regulations and Policies: You'll be responsible for interpreting arenaflex's regulations and policies, including those related to travel, baggage, and other customer-related issues.
  • Meeting and Dispatching Aircraft: You'll be responsible for meeting and dispatching aircraft, including ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
  • Providing Support to Troubled Passengers: You'll provide support to passengers who are experiencing difficulties or disruptions to their travel plans.
  • Protecting Business Assets and Revenue: You'll be responsible for protecting arenaflex's business assets and revenue, including ensuring that all necessary security procedures are followed.
  • Providing a Safe Travel Experience: You'll be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a safe and enjoyable travel experience, including providing assistance with emergency situations and other travel-related issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Bilingual Language Skills: Bilingual language skills are required in some locations, so you may need to be proficient in multiple languages.
  • Applicable Driver's License: You'll need an applicable driver's license to perform certain duties related to this role.
  • FAA Background Checks: You'll need to satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • Ability to Work Abnormal Hours: You'll need to be able to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to File to Work on a Regular and Timely Basis: You'll need to be able to file to work on a regular and timely basis.
