Job Overview:

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with a wide range of inquiries, from account balances and transactions to billing questions and reward programs. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, chat, and secure messaging

  • Answer questions about account balances, transactions, payment schedules, and reward programs
  • Handle billing inquiries, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention with accuracy and empathy
  • Assist customers in understanding and using arenaflex services and benefits
  • De-escalate challenging situations and find solutions that protect both the customer and the company
  • Maintain confidentiality and security standards for sensitive customer information
  • Follow arenaflex service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
