Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating remotely online or in-person, depending on the study requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not necessary, having previous experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent can be beneficial in this role. Additionally, having a strong understanding of market research and focus groups can be an asset.
