Job Description

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in organizing and managing digital information across various platforms. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring consistency in databases. Comprehensive training will be provided, and we value your commitment to precision and consistency above all else.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input and update data in digital systems

  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Follow written instructions and company formatting guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors to ensure smooth workflows
  • Organize files and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong typing skills (recommended: 35 WPM or higher)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable internet access and a distraction-free workspace
