Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist on our remote data entry team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our global operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your main objective will be to maintain accurate information flows and enhance user satisfaction through reliable support operations. You'll handle administrative and customer service responsibilities, including processing customer data, logging service requests, and providing basic support over call or chat.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and verify customer records in systems

  • Manage service request logs and internal documentation
  • Handle incoming calls and chats related to data issues or account inquiries
  • Follow scripts and protocols to resolve user issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with support and technical teams for issue escalation
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred

  • Previous experience in data entry, call center, or customer support roles
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in common office and data software (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls and chats
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
