Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time support to customers via our secure chat platform. You'll interact with customers to resolve issues related to prescriptions, benefits, billing, accounts, and general product support. This is a non-phone role that's perfect for individuals who prefer written communication and want to work from home with a mission-driven healthcare leader.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide real-time support to customers via arenaflex's chat platform

  • Answer inquiries about prescriptions, benefits, store services, and more
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Maintain HIPAA and arenaflex policies during all communications
  • Log interactions clearly and follow up where necessary
  • Achieve daily productivity and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (40+ WPM)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
  • No prior healthcare experience required—training is included
