Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
