Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location
- Working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Standing and walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
- Working in an environment with varying noise levels

Estimated Salary and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
