Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing escalated customer inquiries through phone support, offering solutions to complex issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
