The Role
We're seeking a driven and action-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care center, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing guidance on fit, fashion trends, product availability, and specials. You'll also be responsible for resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve customer concerns
Requirements

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
+ High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
