Job Summary
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for creating listings on Amazon.com, optimizing listings for maximum visibility, managing FBA shipments and inventory, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Create and optimize listings on Amazon.com to ensure maximum visibility and sales
- Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage FBA shipments and inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in Amazon customer service or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with listing optimization, PPC campaigns, and A+ Content
- Knowledge of image and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Experience with FBA shipment and inventory management
- Certification in Amazon Seller Central or a related field
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and sales strategies
