Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 0-1 year of customer service experience; prior experience in a call center or retail environment a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
