Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and service. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, provide technical expertise, and ensure that our products are delivered to the highest standards. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software, and cosmetic appearance
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to fix machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and occasions as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in customer support or technical services
- Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
