Your Role

As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to external brokers and their clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Educating and supporting brokers throughout the entire lifecycle of our healthcare insurance products
  • Identifying and resolving complex customer issues related to insurance benefits, claim processes, enrollment, and billing
  • Building rapport and confidence with brokers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Providing concierge-level support to brokers, who serve as a key acquisition channel for our products

What You'll Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance industry setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Computer experience and familiarity with CRM software
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster) and a reliable smartphone or device for daily log-in
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
