Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines (6000 KPH minimum)
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
• Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Using the system to verify customer records
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues

To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Good customer service behaviors
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
• Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
• IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
