Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and personalized support

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
