Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of customer phone calls daily, resolving customer requests and providing timely solutions
  • Monitoring and managing our dispatch system to ensure prompt response to customer requests, communicating with field personnel and stakeholders as needed
  • Providing proactive communication with field teams and peers across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Performing administrative duties, including time card management, time off requests, and report submission
  • Assisting field managers with administrative functions, triage emails, and research customer inquiries
  • Monitoring response times, updating customer information, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards and procedures

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, plus 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or dispatch operations
  • Prior dispatch or call center experience is a plus
  • Strong PC literacy, data entry skills, and ability to monitor and manage group email boxes
  • Excellent non-technical customer support and communication skills, with ability to build customer rapport and minimize escalations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and demonstrate a positive work attitude

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or dispatch operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior dispatch or call center experience

  • Experience with dispatch software and systems
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to manage group email boxes
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
