Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Connection Representative II, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing customer-first resolutions, navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve sales and service inquiries via phone, store chat, and live person chat.
• Assisting internal and external customers, serving as the initial point of contact for the Customer Connection Center.
• Gathering data, researching issues, and formulating solutions to support our continued growth and customer delight.
• Working independently, using analytical and decision-making skills to meet or exceed established service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
