Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilize various software and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
