Responsibilities and Duties
As a Remote Call Center Agent & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to customers on behalf of insurance companies, handling over 100 calls per day
- Logging customer information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the same procedures as outbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Fluency in English, with bilingual skills being a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently, with a suitable quiet workspace
- Proactive, motivated, outgoing, and prompt, with excellent communication skills
- Residence in Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
