Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing and maintaining assessment items, including data and business intelligence items
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Conducting research and providing input into project plans, including analysis and interpretation of data
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including data dictionaries and system diagrams
- Working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality
- Participating in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, or business administration)
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure)
