Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Posting internal trade positions for addressed partners to offer, according to legally binding arrangements
- Preparing for conceding process upon bid end
- Creating, sending, and recording advancement bid award letters and documents
- Maintaining and tracking various records
- Staying up-to-date with, demand, recognizing, and reviewing stamps for Tech Activities staff
- Acting as a support when and where required
- Maintaining office supply stock and initiating department supply orders when necessary
- Working primarily Monday through Friday, and finishing weekends and holidays as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of legally binding agreements and onboarding consistency process
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
