Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our Global Servicing Network, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you will deliver extraordinary care to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to deepen their engagement with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Care: Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and driving brand advocacy.
  • Evaluating and Analyzing Account Information: Use your analytical skills to evaluate customer accounts and recommend tailored solutions to deepen their engagement with our products and services.
  • Resolving Product or Service Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Documenting Account Information: Accurately document customer account information and offer custom solutions to benefit our customers.
  • Growing and Nurturing Customer Relationships: Grow and nurture customer relationships to drive measurable value and increase customer loyalty.
  • Meeting Quality and Compliance Guidelines: Ensure that all interactions meet quality and compliance guidelines, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 Years of BPO Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, with at least 1 year of voice account experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or be a college undergraduate.
  • Successful Experience in a Previous Role: Successful experience in a previous role, with a strong track record of performance.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Private Workspace: A reliable internet connection (at least 25mbps) and a private, quiet workspace at home.
  • Flexibility to Work in Taguig: Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

  • Measurable Experience in Customer VOC, NPS, or AHT: Measurable experience in Customer Voice of the Customer (VOC), Net Promoter Score (NPS), or Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Prior Experience in B2B and B2C Servicing: Prior experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) servicing.
  • Premium Customer Service or Sales Experience: Premium customer service or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty.
  • Sales Experience with a Focus on Value Generation: Sales experience, with a focus on value generation and consultative selling.
