Position Summary

Channel Account Manager (CAM) This role is responsible for driving the development, execution, and continuous optimization of Ergotron’s channel strategy within our Canada region, while strengthening executive-level partnerships and accelerating sustainable revenue growth within this key account.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account and relationship strategy, including annual business planning, growth initiatives, and long-term partnership development
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive revenue opportunities to meet or exceed quota and profitability targets, while managing pipeline, forecasting, and overall account performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and internal teams to align on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and demand generation efforts tailored to Channel partners
  • Enable and support partner sellers through training, product education, and joint sales activities to expand market penetration and opportunity creation
  • Clearly articulate Ergotron’s value proposition through customer-facing engagements, events, and strategic communications
  • Leverage data, reporting, and CRM tools (including Salesforce) to manage opportunities, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights
  • Deliver regular business reviews while communicating customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Travel with KAE and AE teams to enterprise and healthcare events to showcase Ergotron solutions and articulate value to key customer stakeholders
  • Complete expenses, training and documentation aligned with Company policy.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate updating of all required systems and programs necessary for sales operations including Salesforce and others as appropriate to ensure customer data is well maintained and documented.
  • Additional duties as requested.
  • Supports site specific QMS initiatives for continuous process improvement.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience)

  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Sales or other related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic account management, with a strong emphasis on large national resellers such as CDW
  • Demonstrated success owning and growing revenue within complex partner ecosystems, including proven ability to meet or exceed quota targets
  • Strong understanding of Channel Partner go-to-market models, procurement processes, and internal stakeholder structure preferred
  • Experience building executive-level relationships and influencing decision-makers across sales and partner management functions
  • Excellent team player who can effectively collaborate with other sellers on achieving new business objectives.
  • Ability to travel required
  • May be required to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described to you for the position.
