Gestor PostVenta (SAT) Remoto (Ingles B2)
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in client management, post-sales, or Technical Assistance Service (SAT).
- Previous experience in technical service environments or home technical assistance companies is a plus.
- Vocational or technical training is valued but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of routes for approximately 6 technicians (mainly within Madrid and Barcelona, occasionally other regions in Spain).
- Receiving and managing client incidents via email and phone (calls are less frequent but necessary on occasion).
- Coordinating access to client facilities.
- Sending delivery notes and tracking repair status.
- Preparing repair budgets..
Skills:
- Operational organization and planning.
- Effective communication with clients and technicians.
- Functional knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to learn ERP systems quickly.
- Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
- Service-oriented mindset.
