Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data accurately into the system while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifying and checking the accuracy of incoming data before entry into the database.
  • Updating existing data when required, ensuring all records are current and correctly filed.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Collaborating with recruitment coordinators to gather necessary information for data entry.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and summarizing data as requested by management.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data to uphold data integrity standards.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in staffing and recruiting.
  • Strong typing skills with a high accuracy rate and proficiency in data entry software.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and database software; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail; must be able to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with CRM software and recruitment management systems.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions.
  • Certification in data entry or related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist).
