Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services
  • Working closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and excellent airport experience
  • Conducting administrative tasks, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
  • Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-focused approach at all times
  • Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
  • Attending and completing all required training by given deadlines
  • Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face contact with customers
  • Ability to represent the company at all times, with a well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Flexibility to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
  • Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete all relevant training and maintain a valid BAA airside pass, GSAT training, and a valid DVLA driving license
