Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, including product demonstrations, pricing, and implementation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
