Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into our database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, and maintain and update existing data records to ensure all information is current and correct.
- Generate and distribute reports as required by management, and ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, and maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
