About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for electronic document processing, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, and ensuring timely classification and transmission of documents to clients. Your attention to detail, ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy, and excellent communication skills will enable you to excel in this role. You will work independently, but as part of a team, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically and ensure proper classification

  • Make outbound calls to doctor's offices as needed
  • Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure timely transmission of processed data to appropriate parties
  • Comply with all company policies and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate through application software
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Well-organized with strong typing skills
  • Secure workspace with high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles

  • Familiarity with electronic document processing and management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
