The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing personalized support, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, navigating multiple systems and screens. You'll also collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives, participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently

  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, payments, and account-related questions
  • Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with automatic increases every 6 months for 2 years, reaching $17.00/hour

  • Pay for Performance incentive, paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System (Windows 10), not older than 3 years

  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)

Training and Onboarding

* 6-week paid training period, with full attendance and participation required

  • Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
